I am using just a small rear engine rider with a single 30 inch blade. I had a mulching blade with the discharge open on it before but still had problems with left over clippings and sometimes my engine would want to bog down a little when cutting thick grass. I fortunatly hit a rock and bent my old blade it was time for a replacement anyway so I tryed this one. When using this blade there are little to no clippings I can see and I cant make the engine bog down even in thick or slightly wet grass. I love this blade and will use from now on.
