The blade shown in the pic with serrations is not the actual blade you're ordering but the blade you do get is great.

For one the replacement blade is thicker and wider than the stock blade. Two it creates a very good vacuum into your clippings bag as you mow and chops the grass into fine pieces maximizing your bag capacity or mulch.

I would recommend this blade as a replacement for the mower that requires this model blade. You'll definitely see the difference side by side and most definitely as you mow your lawn.

I purchased this blade as a replacement for the original on my AYP/PoulanPro model PR55R621CA mower. The original blade part number (159267) isn't listed in the description but I found through careful measurement that it appeared it would fit and indeed when I did install it, everything matches up, clears and works. I was a bit disappointed that the blade looked nothing like the photo (the 3 serrations on the back of the blade in the photo aren't on the blade). In fact, the blade looked very much like the original, with a 's' like bend in the blade's cutting surface. Looking at the blade I was prepared to be disappointed with its performance. However, the blade has turned out to be excellent. When bagging, I immediately noticed that the bag was 'ballooning' more than in the past, indicating that the blade was generating a lot more wind (lift) than the old one. The bag also filled much fuller before the mower stopped bagging. I can't speak to the additional durability related to the Fusion process yet but so far I'm happy. The blade has provided a meaningful upgrade to my mower and made up for some shortfalls in the mower's cutting performance.
