I only have the mower part and no handle. It is old! I want to sharpen it and find a handle. Where can I find a handle? Could I put a handle from a regular push mower on it?

any handle will work as long as it measures close to the same.those are good mowers and I commend you. just because something is old doesnt mean it doesnt still have use.
You can still buy NEW reel mowers cheaply. It would cost less to buy a new one than to have the old one sharpened once. 100 dollars will buy you a 3hp rotary……still the best buy out there!
