The 7021RB walk-behind mower is equipped with a blade brake clutch (BBC). This feature allows the operator to temporarily step away from the machine to pick up debris or empty the bag without having to restart the mower every time. By taking your hands off the bail, the blades stop but the engine does not, a simple lever engagement turns the blades back on without an engine restart.
